All job posting must be uniqueand specific, clearly outlining the role, responsabilities, andqualifications requiered and aiming for an specific candidate.Offers that lack concrete details or are posted for lead generation purposes are not allowed.

Users that intentionally or negligently breach any of the aforementioned obligations will be held liable for any damage that may arise as a result.

7.- SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR CLIENTS

If the client is a staff recruiting or selection company, jobs can be advertised with the client's brand logo. If the client is an advertising agency, jobs can only be published with logos or trademarks of the client who, in turn, is the client or end user specified in the invoice.

EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS reserves the right to cancel the client's services and job details if there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the customer is infringing these conditions or any term of use indicated in the contract or legislation in force.

8.- INVOICING

Unless otherwise stated on the invoice, invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. Europe Language Jobs can charge interest at the applicable rate established by law on any amount unpaid by the due date. Fees paid for services are non-refundable, except subsequent to termination due to a breach of the agreement by EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS, in which case EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS will reimburse the client for the total amount paid for the services. EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS reserves the right to suspend the client's services and job details if payment for the services is not made within the agreed period.

9.- ADVERTISING AND PERSONALIZED OFFERS

The company expressly authorizes EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS to send offers and advertising information of its own or of third-party collaborators, as well as information such as:

Reminders to complete the candidate profile.

Commercial communications (advertising and commercial acquisition campaigns) related to the job search and the labor market.
