Aggregate, copy, modify, alter in any fashion the Website, unless it proves necessary for correct use of the Services (e.g., copy through search devices such as “Robot/Crawler”), or to get or attempt to get the Website contents using means and procedures different from those provided on the Website or, generally, those ordinarily used on the Internet given that they not entail any risk or damage to the Website.
Take any action that may interfere with the proper working of Europe Language Jobs’ database, computer systems or Website, especially by overloading it, damaging the physical and logical systems of Europe Language Jobs, its providers and/or third parties via any means.

To assure quality service to candidates and companies, we forbit the duplication of job offers on the Website. Duplicated offers are any identical offers (in terms of title & content) active at the same time.
Posting generic job offers with the sole purpose of collectingleads or candidates information. All job posting must be uniqueand specific, clearly outlining the role, responsabilities, andqualifications requiered and aiming for an specific candidate.Offers that lack concrete details or are posted for lead generation purposes are not allowed.
Users that intentionally or negligently breach any of the aforementioned obligations will be held liable for any damage that may arise as a result.
5.- Services
Our website enables you to post job offers and access information about candidates to cover job offers.

By accessing or making use of our services, you agree to be legally bound by these general terms and conditions and any possible changes that may be made over time. 6.2.- Limitations: EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS can establish restrictions and additional terms for the use and access to the website and to its contents any time and without prior notice. These restrictions and additional terms will be binding on users from the date they are published.
7.- SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR CLIENTS
If the client is a staff recruiting or selection company, jobs can be advertised with the client's brand logo. If the client is an advertising agency, jobs can only be published with logos or trademarks of the client who, in turn, is the client or end user specified in the invoice.
EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS reserves the right to cancel the client's services and job details if there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the customer is infringing these conditions or any term of use indicated in the contract or legislation in force.
8.- INVOICING
Unless otherwise stated on the invoice, invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. Europe Language Jobs can charge interest at the applicable rate established by law on any amount unpaid by the due date. Fees paid for services are non-refundable, except subsequent to termination due to a breach of the agreement by EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS, in which case EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS will reimburse the client for the total amount paid for the services. EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS reserves the right to suspend the client's services and job details if payment for the services is not made within the agreed period.
9.- ADVERTISING AND PERSONALIZED OFFERS
The company expressly authorizes EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS to send offers and advertising information of its own or of third-party collaborators, as well as information such as:
EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS newsletters
Reminders to complete the candidate profile.
Commercial communications (advertising and commercial acquisition campaigns) related to the job search and the labor market.
The company can revoke its consent at any time simply by sending an email to info@europelanguagejobs.com indicating "unsubscribe."
10.- INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
10.1.- The company expressly accepts that this website and its contents are subject to copyright held by EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS and, therefore, its ownership or any right to commercialization or exploitation is not transferred.
Consequently, the company, except as expressly authorized by virtue of its subscription, will not copy, distribute, publicly communicate or transform, totally or partially, the information to which it has access, including error correction, transformation, versions, or any use other than authorized.

Process the candidates' information provided by EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS with the utmost confidentiality and under the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data applicable at all times.
Not assign personal data to any individuals or legal persons other than those expressly authorized under this agreement.
Protect the personal data to which it has access, guaranteeing its confidentiality and preventing unauthorized third parties from having access to it.
Notify EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS via email to info@europelanguagejobs.com. of any request for access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, portability or the right to be forgotten provided by law that it may receive from candidates under the services contracted from EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS, so that EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS can respond within the deadlines stipulated in the regulations in force.
Notify EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS within 24 hours of any incident related to the management of candidates.
EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS will be exempt from any liability arising from the breach of the above regulations by its clients.
14.- LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS can cancel, on its own initiative or at the request of a third party, access to the service. EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS will not be liable for interruptions that may occur to these website services and preventing users from using the services offered.
EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS reserves the right to unilaterally modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and configuration of this website, its services, its contents, as well as these terms and conditions.

Failure to comply with any applicable regulation
Submitting false, inaccurate or misleading information
Identity theft
Actions that may cause direct or indirect damages to EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS, its users or third parties.
15.2.- Compensation: The client assumes that it will compensate EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS for any damages that may arise directly or indirectly from breaching these legal terms and conditions, infringing the applicable regulations or infringing the rights of EUROPE LANGUAGE JOBS, the users and candidates or any third party.
